WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

We are happy to refund your goods provided that the goods are either faulty or incorrectly printed through no fault of the customer and provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals must be intact if they exist on that product.

Goods must be returned to receive a refund. A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your product back to SpiralGFX Limited.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

It is IMPORTANT you complete the below steps

  1. Contact us by email or telephone first during our business hours to discuss any faults you have with your purchase.
  2. Prepare your parcel, using the original packaging, and return to the following address:

Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt.

HOW SHOULD I SEND BACK RETURNS?

We are happy to refund your goods provided that the goods are unused, and or, in their original resalable condition and received within 14 days of confirming your intent to return the goods. Packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals must be intact if they exist on that product.

Returned goods should be packaged up correctly ie: as received not just labelled up and returned without outer bag or box.

Please note: If items are returned in an unacceptable condition or have clearly been used or damaged or missing tags and or packaging – they will not be refunded and you will need to pay to have these items delivered back to yourself.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund. If your item is defective/broken/faulty and under warranty and is returned in 14 days of dispute, we will refund the original P&P costs up to £10.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

We will send you an email as soon as we have received your returned goods, you will also receive an email to let you know when the refund has been processed. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes between 3 – 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you at your cost of delivery.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We can only refund on return of goods and will confirm receipt of goods via email. We do not do exchanges; you will need to place another order on our secure website for a new item.

Should you wish for a reprint of your original item that was defective, then we can do this, and we will include FREE shipping when doing so. This only applies to graphics!

We will always do everything we can to ensure you are happy with the products and services you have received; all time scales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive refunds or replacement items as quickly as possible.
